A substantial extension and complete renovation of a Wimbledon home, delivered from planning drawings through to the finished property.

Our clients came to us through a personal recommendation while relocating back to London after working in China. Having purchased a property in Wimbledon that required complete renovation, they approached us with planning drawings already in place and a clear ambition to create a long-term family home.
Working with the existing architect, we developed the information required for Building Control before taking the project forward directly with the clients through construction and completion.
The scope was extensive, incorporating a double extension alongside the complete renovation of the existing house. Works included a new roof, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, new bathrooms and finishes throughout, together with a new staircase and extensive bespoke fitted joinery. Externally, the project was completed with new landscaping to the rear garden.
The clients remained closely involved in selecting the finishes and final details, while our team coordinated the construction, technical requirements and delivery of the project as a whole.
Completed around the beginning of the Covid period, the finished property was transformed both aesthetically and practically. The combination of additional space, a comprehensive renovation and carefully considered bespoke details created a significantly improved family home while adding substantial value to the property
